The Scenario

The MyClickShift Staffing program was created by an HR Manager who was also in charge of the nursing staff schedule at a nursing home in Aventura, Florida. With two demanding positions rolled into one, it was becoming difficult to keep up with the the job. MyClickShift founder created the scheduling application to be used on a PC or a mobile device and immediately saw results, but knew that adding a text messaging capability would streamline scheduling for everyone.

The Slooce Solution & Results

Using Slooce’s shared short code and text messaging capabilities, MyClickShift was able to help even out and reduce overtime since all employees, especially part time ones, can receive an immediate text alert when shifts become available and they can text back instantly to convey their availability.
